We just left Children's Hospital after going to Ainsley's cardiology appointment. She weighed in at 13 pounds and 11 ounces and is 25.5 inches long.
The doctor said that he now hears two murmurs. The first is the same one heard at the hospital. It often resolves itself by the time a child is 8-10 months. The second murmur is lower and the doctor said that if that was the only one he heard, he wouldn't need us to come back.
Because of the first murmur, we will go back in about 8 months (when Ainsley is almost a year). If they still hear it then, they will most likely do some more testing (possibly an ultrasound and echo) to see if it is something else besides the PPS (which is what they think it is now).
