We went to the doctor this morninglb for Ainsley's 6 month well check. It was a bit crazy because I had Liam, Ainsley, and Alice with me.
She's doing well. She weighs 14 lbs 10 ounces which is the 30th percentile. Her head 16 5/8 which is the 50th percentile. Her length is 26.25 inches which is the 75th percentile.
The doctor still hears both heart murmurs. She said she wants to watch Ainsley's weight and if she drops anymore percentage wise at her 9 month appointment (instead of staying on the curve she is on) then she will recommend that we get the echo done sooner rather than at a year. She said her heart murmur could be affecting her gaining weight.
Developmentally she looks great! The doctor is confident that she will be sitting on her own in the next four weeks. She's rolling, 'talking', playing, and interacting right on target.
Ainsley got three shots (including the flu shot) and Liam got the flu shot too. She cried a little and Liam didn't even get a full sigh out before the nurse gave him a sticker. He liked that he got a band aid just like Ainsley!
